From initial design concepts, CFT's engineers use CAD and Finite Element Structural Analysis (FEA) to optimise solutions for ease of manufacture and structural strength
The CAD designs are used to machine precision mould tools, in a 5 axis machine shop and accurately cut fibre laminates
The carbon fibre parts are laminated in clean rooms, and cured in a suite of autoclaves
All components are released through our quality department to ensure the requirements of ISO 9001 are maintained
All of the design and manufacturing processes are carried out at a bespoke facility, developing efficiencies in cost and schedule
